Thank you :) I can do this!! I’m not over weight, chronic neck pain from car accidents. Extremely out of shape.. And I’m in my mid 20s. I already felt the burn so its nice to do that whole video for my first time. Looking forward to checking out the rest of your excersizes!

what’s the best workout to loose inner thighs? that’s the part I have most trouble with and maybe my arms… I don’t want to look masculine or too toned up for the arms. I know swimming is the best to work out everything but I can’t swim

@TheSindhoori Well, I think it does not work, because her legs are not toned. Naomi Campbell has nice toned legs, and she skips ropes.
